Simple actions lasting Effects

Small words or small gestures make a great impact on the person you are dealing with. keeping the door open for the person after you is an act which remains with that person for years even you have not spoken a single word or vacating a seat for someone in a public transport will leave a lasting effect. We are always desirous of doing some big acts but forget the smaller ones which really reveal our personality, our manners, our upbringing and culture.
Big action requires conscious effort, conscious efforts often conceals our persona. There are three different purposes of doing things: to earn money, to impress others, to achieve inner satisfaction.
Our unconscious small acts of courtesy or discourtesy reveal what we really are. A simple thank you, can bring a satisfaction for you which you can not get by spending thousands of rupees.
Sorry, I am wrong, please, excuse me, I appreciate, I like your opinion, you did well, you are awful, your efforts are commendable, you give your best, happy journey, good morning, welcome, my pleasure, and many more such words are not simple words but the whole psyche of a person or society.

The small words are in fact not that small, their impact is larger than life, and bigger than our expectation. waving the middle finger, face palm the person, while driving, can give you a pleasure of bashing but can portray a life time image of you before the stranger.
Use your words to please, accommodate, facilitate, satisfy  and appreciate the people around and befriend them or offend them by negative provocative gestures and friends.

Choice is always yours
